We're here to help you create and set up an account to get you up and running.

If you already have an account, click the video below to navigate your new system.

Step-by-Step Guide

Step 1: How to Log In or Create an Account

An account can be created and accessed through the website or the iOS or Google app.

While creating the account, answer what best describes you as a user and enter the team information. If the team is already created and you have a team code, enter the team code to join. If you do not have a team code, you can create your own team using the prompt questions while creating the account or skip this step and add it later.

Step 2: Enter a Team Code or Create a Team

If the account was initially created without a team, join or create a new team by following these steps to start using the app. If the team was added while creating the account, skip this step.

Step 3: Add Team Members

If the team was newly created or needs to add new members, follow these steps.

Step 4: Grant Team Permissions

There are two types of team permissions: Admins and Other Members. Ensure the team admins are set up with the proper permissions following these steps.

Step 5: Create a Stream

Streams can be scheduled before the event, allowing time to enter the proper information before the event, or created and streamed immediately. To create or schedule a stream, follow these steps.

Step 6: Grant Streamer Permissions

If the user streaming the event is not an admin, the account must be added as a streamer following these steps.

Step 7: Start Streaming

If you are streaming with a camera, the steps to start streaming are included in step 5. To start streaming with a mobile device, follow these steps.
