Step-by-Step Guide
Step 1: How to Log In or Create an Account
If your team exists and you have a team code, enter the team code to join. If you do not have a team code, you can create your team using the prompt questions while creating the account or skip this step and add it later.
Step 2: Enter a Team Code or Create a Team
If you skipped team creation, follow these steps to join or create a team. Otherwise, skip this step.
Step 3: Add Team Members
If you created your team or it needs new members, follow these steps.
Step 4: Grant Team Permissions
There are two types of team permissions: Admins and Followers. Ensure the team admins have the proper permissions by following these steps.
Step 5: Create a Stream
Streams can be scheduled before the event, allowing time to enter the proper information before the event, or created and streamed immediately. To create or schedule a stream, follow these steps.
Step 6: Grant Streamer Permissions
If the user streaming the event is not an admin, the account must be added as a streamer following these steps.
Step 7: Start Streaming
If you are streaming with a camera, the steps to start streaming are on step 5. To start streaming with a mobile device, follow these steps.
