Admin permission is required to link SportsEngine Play and HQ.
Organizations with "SportsEngine HQ" and "SportsEngine Play" will see items below sync automatically.
If your team or schedule is not displaying, click Need Help? > Contact Us or complete the support form to set up the integration.
Teams
All teams in an Active Season on Season Management will have a channel in "SportsEngine Play," which includes the team logo, schedule, rosters, fans, and stream links.
Schedule and Livestreams
The Livestream page will display suggested games from SportsEngine HQ. Click the filter icon and check Suggested under Schedule Status. Then, locate the stream(s) and click Add to Schedule under Actions to create the stream. On the mobile app, tap Add to Schedule for the suggested games.
Based on the sub-venue selected within Season Management, livestreams can also be added to the schedule automatically for Season Management games for organizations with fixed cameras in their facilities.
Fans and Rosters
If they had already engaged with "SportsEngine Play," athletes, including their guardians, and staff rostered in "SportsEngine HQ" are automatically added to the team channel as Followers. Staff have Team Admin permission in HQ if they have Streamer permission on the team channel.
Fans
Fans are users who favorite the team within the SportsEngine Mobile App and are Followers on the team channel in "SportsEngine Play."
Stream Links
The event stream status (Live, Upcoming, and Watch Replay) is visible in the account's Schedule tab in MySE and the Schedule tab in TeamCenter. Users can click the status to access the stream.
Unscheduled events display a Stream status, which users can click to download the SportsEngine Play Mobile App and start streaming or schedule a reminder.
