Camera Dashboard Overview

Organization Admin permission is required to view cameras.

This feature is currently in beta. Please contact your account manager to activate the feature for your organization.

The Cameras page overviews all the fixed cameras set up, statuses, and a recent feed thumbnail, allowing camera troubleshooting within Creator Studio.

  1. Log in to the website.

  2. Click the dropdown at the top of the screen to select the desired team or tournament.

  3. From the left navigation menu, click Cameras.

  4. If desired, locate the desired camera and click the three dots icon > View camera details.

Helpful Tip! If the camera status is Needs Attention, we recommend checking the internet connection and shutting the camera off and on again.
