Log in to the website.

For Highlights, click the user icon or profile picture > My Highlights, or navigate to the channel and click the Highlights tab.

For Reels, click the user icon or profile picture > My Reels, or navigate to the channel and click the Reels tab.

Locate the desired highlight or reel and click Share or the three dots icon > Share from the upper right corner.

Optionally, check the Start At box and enter the desired time mark.

Click the desired sharing option or copy the link by clicking the copy to clipboard icon.

Paste the link you copied into an email, on social media, etc., as desired.
