Permissions are required to start a chat with Customer Success.

If you are an admin but do not see the Contact Help button, ensure you log into the correct account with admin access. You can also email our support team at support.play@sportsengine.com.

Disable Extensions

If you are unable to view the Need Help? option, please disable your UBlock or AdGuard extension.

  1. Click the correct icon from the Mac Ribbon or Browser extensions.

  2. Select the option to Disable.

Clear Cache

If you click Contact Help and the button closes without opening the chat window, use the following steps to clear your cache.

Chrome Browser

  1. Click the three dots icon at the top right corner of the browser.

  2. Click Delete Browsing Data.

  3. On the Time Range drop-down, select All Time.

  4. Check the Cached images and files box.

  5. Click Delete Data.

Helpful Tip! If your Chrome browser has a pop-up blocker, turn it off.

Firefox Browser

  1. Click the hamburger menu icon > Settings.

  2. Click Privacy & Security.

  3. Scroll to the Cookies and Site Data section, then click Clear Data.

  4. Remove the checkmark in front of Cookies and Site Data.

  5. Ensure the Cached Web Content box is checked.

  6. Click Clear.
