NOTE: You cannot leave a team if you are the organization's admin or the only admin for that team.
On the Browser:
Log in to the website.
Click your initials or profile picture at the top right corner of the screen.
Click My Teams.
Click the three dots icon > Leave team to the right of the desired team.
Click Leave team.
On the App:
Open the app.
Tap your initials or profile picture.
Tap My Teams.
Locate, tap, and hold the desired team.
Tap Leave.
Tap Leave to confirm.
